Composite Hose

Composite hoses are unique hoses with several layers of materials that includes several fabric and film layers made of various materials and as strips helically wound between two steel wire helix which are inside and outside the hose. The inner and outer wires are made of steel with the former being galvanized and the latter being PPR coated. The many layers with deep grooves and constricted compressions of tubes and films that make up a composite hose, ensures a leak- tight seal. Composite hoses are extremely flexible even under cold environment.

 

Composite hoses are available in different constructions with different fabrics, wire helixes and properties suiting for each application. This includes liquid petroleum composite hoses, chemical composite hoses, liquified gas composite hoses, etc. They are mainly used in for suction and discharge purposes in plant; tank trucks and rail tankers transfers; to convey substances in industrial processes as well as for all marine to shore activities.
