In order to meet the growing demand for large diameter hose assemblies, we have built a facility to assemble hoses ranging up to 16'' diameter. These hoses are assembled under strict supervision with each hose being hydro tested to meet our quality production standards.

STAINLESS STEEL HOSE ASSEMBLIES

​Our facility is equipped to assemble stainless steel hoses of any sizes. They are flexible, heat resistant and vibration absorbent hoses used for various industrial purposes and are available in single, double and triple braid configurations. As they are used in variety of sensitive environments each hose is pressure tested to meet our quality standards. Any fittings or flanges can be assembled with these hoses.

We stock a wide range of hydraulic hoses & industrial hoses such as oil suction hose, water suction hose, composite hose, layflat hose, copper spiral hose, wire reinforced hose, duct hose, marine hose, cement/concrete hose, air hose, jack hose, garden hose, grease hose, fuel hoses, AC hose etc. steel tubes, MS tubes, SS tubes, copper tubes, GI pipes and hydraulic related accessories, hydraulic and industrial couplings, valves, NRVs, hose clamps, pneumatic tubes and connectors, camlock, chicago coupling, flanges, bauer coupling, hammer union, and all sorts of pneumatic filters (FRL), regulators and solenoid valves. 

LATHE WORKSHOP

​Our workshop is also equipped with multiple lathe machines where we manufacture non-standard hydraulic fittings and other components, which are hard to access in the local market, thus saving the import cost and time of our customers.

STEEL FABRICATION

We have the expertise to carry out all kinds of fabrication works that includes manifolds, headers, spools etc for industries such as oil and gas, ship yards, chemical plants, food industries, chiller systems, plastic industries, refineries and more.

24/7 MOBILE SERVICE UNITS

Our mobile service units manned by trained technicians provide prompt assistance to remove the failed hydraulic hose and assemble a new one at the very site, saving our customer's costly downtime.
