Incorporated in 1987 in the Emirate of Sharjah, Royal Pipes Trading has emerged to become one of the leading supplier of hydraulic & industrial hoses and fittings in the U.A.E, serving customers locally and across GCC countries. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we successfully cater to multifarious requirements of our clients in various industries such as automobile, Oil refineries, engineering, earthmoving/construction machinery, cement plants, airlines, shipping, hydroelectric projects and chemical plants.

We are specialized in the assembly of hoses and facility is designed to assemble hoses up to 16" in diameter and advanced testing procedure with shorter lead time.We design all kinds of steel and injector pipes for the shipping, transport and aircraft industry. We are well known to fabricate any non-standard hydraulic accessories, that is hard to access in the local market, with the help of our specialist technicians who are highly skilled in the use of lathe machines.

LARGE BORE HOSE ASSEMBLIES

In order to meet the growing demand for large diameter hose assemblies, we have built a facility to assemble hoses ranging up to 14'' diameter. These hoses are assembled under strict supervision with each hose being hydro tested to meet our quality production standards.

COMPOSITE HOSE ASSEMBLIES

Composite hoses are flexible, light weight hoses used for industrial operations. They can be assembled only with specialized fittings. Thanks to our large facility, we are equipped to assemble & test these hoses

STAINLESS STEEL HOSE & BELLOW ASSEMBLIES

Our facility is equipped to assemble stainless steel hoses of any sizes. They are flexible, heat resistant and vibration absorbent hoses used for various industrial purposes and are available in single, double and triple braid configurations. As they are used in variety of sensitive environments each hose is pressure tested to meet our quality standards. Any fittings or flanges can be assembled with these hoses.

STEEL FABRICATIONS

We have the expertise to carry out all kinds of fabrication works that includes manifolds, headers, spools etc for industries such as oil & gas, ship yards, chemical plants, food industries, chiller systems, plastic industries, refineries and more.

LATHE WORKSHOPS

Our workshop is also equipped with multiple lathe machines where we manufacture non-standard hydraulic fittings and other components, which are hard to access in the local market, thus saving the import cost and time of our customers.

24/7 MOBILE SERVICE UNITS

Our mobile service units manned by trained technicians provide prompt assistance to remove the failed hydraulic hose and assemble a new one at the very site, saving our customer's costly downtime.
